Mangagement options for 2009:

Aug. 4 - 700k shares

Oct. 15- 700K shares

Oct. 15 - 500K shares

Dec. 11 - 555K shares

They have already doled out excessive options in the second half of '09. That is why it might be too early for another round of options. SP is now below the level we were when management announced support for "logistics" halt. Even with the added valuation of new resource.

The artificially low price must mean buyout of neighboring ROF play is coming in form of all share offer or perhaps this is the last push down before news.

Or more options, already- bit greedy if so!
