I´m actually quite happy to (only) see public complaints/discussions like the following taking place. It could be worse is what I say to myself.

Also NORONT is doing great work to integrate those communities.

...also read about universities being planned to train future workers in the area. That´s a very good sign.. and sure will take some time.
