Sum, the reality is that ever since colonial days (probably not over) Canada has been

exporting resources for the maintenance of other countries...not to mention the pocket

books of the power brokers, then and now. Another reality is that India is right behind

China in consumption of resources and represents synergistic opportunities for many.

Do I think it is the best way forward? Definitely not, but it will take a monumental

effort, perhaps nothing short of complete upheaval of things as we know them for this

to change.
