There is zero chance OSC would attempt to shut down Agoracom. It is not powerful enough to bypass common sense. At best , this action will quickly become a relic in the museum of internet regulatory history, with Agoracom learning a small but valuable lesson. That the OSC would make a big deal out of a perceived infraction without financial gain tells a lot about what drives that huge pool of six digit public salaries.
