Beg to differ, where's the volume? NOT is not selling nor buying. Price and volume is where it is because of inactivity, simple as that. Consolidating the ROF is excellent for future business because power brings action. Any moves by Cliffs or anyone else simply expedites the development but don't expect NOT to be part of that consolidation, at least for now. MHO. Besides SPQ/KWG action could be strike as easily as takeover.
