The blockade has pretty much halted everything. The concern is that the ice is now too crappy to get the Herc into to deliver the big drills. The Herc would have been the most cost effective way to do that, but they can still partially dismantle the drills and chopper them in. It would cost more, but I think in the long run be better for the sp and they can still spend the money on drilling.
