Hi Junior,

Yes, I believe you are correct in your assessment when you say "As far as this being a official NR?? It looks to me to be a news story and NOT an official NR.This is my opinion".

So far today, the only publication to pick this up is Wawatay News (a partisan paper in my opinion). No other paper has yet published it as far as I can tell. That is likely because some due diligence by any half-decent reporter will quickly find that the official governing bodies of the named communities are not participating. It is only a handful of individuals enlisted by the proponents.

Calling IR at Noront is a fine idea. As I mentioned before, this issue is economic and is mostly directed at Cliff's et.al. because the railroad may not go where some feel it should. Remember also that Noront already has a signed agreement with the community of Marten Falls re: Noront's activities specifically.

As has also been mentioned, this is par for the course for virtually any development regarding the extractive resource industry (forestry, oil & gas, mining, etc...). There is much yet to do and many agreements yet to be made around all of this. No panic, just a lot of work.
