Frank you have used 2 separate terms:

1. Beneficiary

2. Successor Holder

Since there a 2 terms I doubt they both mean the same.

Does this mean that it is possible that it is not just your spouse that can inherit the TFSA with no tax implications?

Successor Holder seems to suggest another alternative.
