It looks as if the offer will be rejected and the hedgies will try to squeeze more money out of Cliff. IMO Cliff is the only game in town and it may withdraw, if pressed too hard, and let the stock languish. IMO many FWR shareholder are finding this pretty heady and dreaming in technicolour. The stock is only at this level because it is in play. NOT isn't, so the relative value of the stocks is way out of kilter. The interesting thing to me is how this might be resolved because a lot of FWR shareholders may never be satisfied - they feel they have the bit between their teeth.
