Here is an update of a post I made on the other forum based on today's results.

So what is retail's strategy for a better deal from CLF based on these numbers?
After FWR insiders exercise 13.2M options and 15.3M warrants there will be 258M OS, broken down as follows:
FWR insiders...31.3M
CLF...29.1M
PNP...22M (probably not sold but locked-up with CLF)
K2...21M
MM...14.6M
Rosseau...11M
NOT...11.8M

remaining...117.2M (45.4%) held by retail, GMP, and others.
Assuming 30% of retail doesn't vote and GMP, and others have NIL, the most a united retail could control at the Jan meeting is 70% of 45.4% = 32%.
