Plenty of retail still hold FWR, just go over to their Board. I rescinded my tender with the thoughts of getting $1.00 cash. I will now have to vote 'no' at the meeting or try to get my $1.00 from someone who thinks there will be another offer.

I truly think NOT should give back the tendered shares to retail. I doubt there will be any market for the warrants if there are only 1M++ available. Why screw the retail guys over ($3.50 - $2.05) = $1.45 loss on 3.5 shares.
