I have to agree with your math and I too am disappointed with the SP action. Fortunately I was able to call at 1:30 and rescind my tender. If a late NOT offer comes I can tender to it. If not, I'll take my dollar and invest it where I want. As a NOT SH I am very disappointed with the $1.00 PP we are now into. I know this board would go ape-$#!+ if there was a $1.00 PP but sorry folks that is what they will have if they don't have control.

One good thing with my rescinding is that it appeared that I was the first at Scotia to request this. That may tell me something personally too. Can two wrongs make a right!
