I think that Wes already knows he has the necessary 34% to block Cliffs and therefore, does not have to rush out with a new PR immediately.

He's probably waiting for Cliffs next response, and then he will reply. Hopefully, with the Barn Burner.

Lots of accusations being thrown around, so legal depts. are busy.

Wes seems confident, tough and in control. His responses have been clear and courteous. This is good because we're dealing with some nasty unfounded assertions by Cliffs.

I just tendered my shares to NOT. It's the only way to play the future in the ROF. Those warrants could become exciting.
