Semismart has clearly identified what happens in any debate when one of the parties runs out of rational arguments... They start name calling and smearing the opponent to try to discredit them.

What all of this tells us is that Cliffs/FWR have run out of rational arguments. When they run out of good sense to pass on to the shareholders, I think it is a pretty good sign that the deal is wanting. All Noront has to do now to win the day, is to put out another positive news release for drilling results. That would probably put an end to all of this pretty quickly.
