This has been very difficult to predict, with different scenarios presenting themselves almost daily. The odd person had accused NOT management of being bad poker players, etc., but this whole thing has required great finesse and calm to sail with constantly changing wind directions. For example, who would have thought that FWR shareholders might start selling their shares now and buying NOT because of off kilter valuations? Also it is evident that NOT's SP is key to this offer and the offer does not need to be improved. The SP is NOT's prime weapon. 34 % is increasingly coming into play. Also, CLF is now being seen as a bully boy, thinking that its financial muscle will win the day. Not so fast.....
