Phil, you're adding in secondary processing returns when you apply your chrome valuations. You're comparing a vertically integrated (smelting included) operation to a mine. You're factoring in triple costs of full infrastructure development, including road, on the one hand, and none on the other hand. You haven't updated the metal costs at Eagles Nest to current market conditions, either.

Check your assumptions, please.
