It is very obvious that some of the institutional holders are not pleased about Not SP rise and are doing the utmost to keep the ratio superior to the 4-1 in the offer .

In this situation the ones that are going to lose are the everyday retailers because if Not would withdraw the offer , Fwr SP will plunge like lead in this sea of twist and turn manipulation.
