Mac said he had a message on his phone from NOT that he did not receive untl Monday.

From my limited exposure to Mac I know him to be an honest man...so I have no reason not to believe him.

In any event, since when do you call someone late on friday and expect them to be ready to drop all their plans. Did it ever occur to anyone that he may have left town for the weekend.

Rudy your word "unprofessional" is the best way to sum this up. Sounds very fishy to me.
