IMO a very clever offer by Noront because the possible ace in the hole are the forthcoming drill results and the market seems to be speculating marginally that they will be good i.e. NOT appears to be trading at a little more than 4 X FWR. IMO it would be improper/illegal for NOT to have made this offer if they have the assays in hand, but NOT can speculate on the results from the geology etc. It's an intruiging game.

When I was in the mining game Mac Watson was often in our office working with Dit Holt. Poor Dit - a very good friend. Glad that things have come through for Mac
