He's joining a junior company the same day NOT made an all-share offer worth about C$90 million to Freewest

A C$90 million takeover cannot be arranged in a 2 two days weekend with Banks, lawyers, and...

I have big doubts after NOT made ''average'' press releases after a big uptrend to 3,00$ on rumors (of visuals).

Maybe NOT retaining big news to increase their SP back to 2,40$, that will convinced a lot a FWR shareholders to sell at 0,60$
