Hey Rapidrob....I agree that one of NOT's objectives may be to 'smoke out' Cliffs....that may backfire tho'.

Your thought re: nickel being a tough sell in Ontario now, is interesting. It feels like NOT is worried that their nickel will not be enough or take too long to develope.....so they'll go for chrome as an appetizer.
