"...stinks of greed" ... are you kidding? Who would ever deny someone the fruits of their investments or good fortune? Is this not the way markets work? Mac stands to make some real money on this and more power to him! What "stinks" is this offer IMO.

Another thing, you say "Mac Watson setting up a $4 000 000 payment to himself!", how can this be when the NOT offer for FWR comes unsolicited? His share of the FWR pie is worth so much more than $4 million. You imply that Mac will forget his fiduciary responsibilty to FWR shareholders and take his money and run. How would you react if someone had made the same accusation about RN during his tenure?
