Well, he's obviously not a fan. He's picked at pretty much all of the questions I had concerning recent NRs, but has come to some rather extreme conclusions, in my opinion. But it's his job to be the skeptic.

It's an interesting read, but there's too much conjecture for my taste. It's not what I'd expect from Kaiser, really. An elaborate pump and dump scheme? <Spock eyebrow>

The project valuation chart at the bottom of the page really tells a tale, IMHO. Noront stands quite apart from its ROF peers, and may be approaching the stature of Voisey.
