My thought is that the market is waiting for somebody, anybody, to announce an infrastructure commitment to this future mining camp. One of Noront's themes from the luncheon is that they can't afford to do it right now. So, Noront goes on the "we're watching" list, not the "we're buying" list, for many analysts. IMCO.
