Ouch! What a brutal day on this forum. I don’t usually weigh in on issues that are so heated. Each of has a vested interest in NOT and until recently we knew where we stood as investors. Now the rules have changed and we are unsure of our direction. We have developed distrust for this new BOD due to lack of transparency and with that comes fear. Specifically fear of the unknown. We don’t know what their intentions are concerning NOT. The basic human reaction to fear is fight or flight and no question about it fight was the flavor of the day.

The problem here is that we are turning on one another and dividing our strength instead of promoting this company and figuring out a way we can regain some form of trust in our BOD in a businesslike professional manner. We have enough strength amongst us to make our voices heard calmly and collectively. My guess is that every one of us is here to make money on our investment. Our BOD’s job is to maximize shareholder value. I think given time we will see that both of these objectives will be met.

I would also like to see Roos reinstated to the board. He has shared his knowledge generously with us and was an asset to this forum. Here’s to a relaxing evening (good stiff drink)! Take care all.
