Shakey, answers as follows:

Goldilox turned out to have 4 people tied to it, which is a violation of our rules. Everybody has to have their own account. Can't comment more because your privacy rules under law don't permit it.

Didn't avoid the answer on NOT contract as it is in public. $4,000/month + 175,000 options. Pretty standard but some pay less and provide more options. This is in the same mix.
