Its simple.
We as investors on 'Agoracom NOT' launched a program that maintained the stock price of NOT above $6/sh which resulted in them buying a LOT of shares at a price that we haven't seen since. They were in the hole big time and can in their minds easily point to us.
We as investors on 'Agoracom NOT' met their BOD takeover with open hostiliy and ACTIVELY campaigned against them. Like all wars it was messy and they were dragged through the mud, proposed BOD members were vilified, and they were defeated (according to the posted #s) but won through a compromise.
RN's recommended BOD members were co-opted. Yeah remember that half the board was suppsoe to represent 'OUR' position.
We as investors on 'Agoracom NOT' have openly complained about (someone on every topic) everything the BOD has done or not done since they arrived. Deserved or not.
and the most teling:
In there view we as investors on Agoracom NOT are NOT needed. Retail investors are not needed. They can raise the money they need to go forward to an eventual sale out by doing private placements to their buds while awarding themslves more options. They can money on this deal no matter what the eventual price is by through dilution. Great for them. Sucks for us since we won't be in on any PPs. Look for a big option reward like they did to themselves on ARU just before they sold out the retail investors. I'm sure they will rationalize how good a job they did for the "majority" of shareholders!
So at the end of the day it shoul NOT be any surprise as to why the BOD doesn't value us or Agoracom.
