with our amount of shares and votes. it is our right and responsibility to vote our interest.

it's as simple as that. we might not want to do this right now, but we should be prepared and ready to move whenever needed.

there is nothing wrong with giving notice to the BoD. it might be a big mistake for them to ignore a large block of votes. they might be cocky - but they are not stupid.

BoD - give us a CEO, give us some results....... DO YOUR JOB!!!!
