Aafab, very valid points. Have to be open to the possibility that NOT may be too hot for someone to come into right now. I would have to think that someone with a firm understanding of the projects could look past the short term items and build on the assets of the next 5 years.

Given the current nature of the markets and world economy, I still think many candidates would step forward even with these issues in place....but you do make a good point.
