You can bet on two things here:

The hedge funds had a 100% vote (35%)
That leaves 65% of the vote to be had by the retailer investors and we only managed to get 37.75%. That leaves almost 30% of the ballots which no votes were cast. That tells me the new BOD should be watching their backs. If that other 30% of the votes were to become retail then they could be out on their kiesters in short order. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe some of the institutions didn't feel the need to vote...but really....I'm not thinking so.
