they do not own the company, but they have control at the moment and it appears that they don't care if the share price drops to all time lows as long as they keep power. they have no personally earned money at stake and no respect for shareholders who have been loyal for many years and have lost huge amounts.

they have promised us one thing and delivered another. we need to see some beneficial impact from the change and need to be assured our investment is safe. mgmt needs to honor their promises.

so far this isn't working. we are all here to make money, not to enable the new BOD. so far, shareholders have only seen negative change. it is time mgmt is made accountable by shareholders.
