Just an idea:

What if we pledge our shares to one person (for accounting purposes only) along with a committment of $1.00 per share to be collected later and held in trust pending any legal costs in order to support Hoov's idea of petitioning the BOD into a new vote for directors.

Once we have at least 5% committed then collect he $1.00/shr.

I have no idea if this would work... comments please!
