Snug,

I agree venting can't go on forever but, my friend, how do we overthrow the Board with out amajority of votes?

They recently picked up even more shares. I think, in addition to their greed, they wanted to send us a message that they were now in full control.

Maybe we can convince some of our Big Shareholders, or maybe a Hedge Fund of vision, to vote with us?
