Think about the timing of this change. Why now?

Could it be that something big is afoot (DUH!!!)? And that this might be one of the only ways that Noront can try to shake loose retail shares, by severing their IR relationship with Agoracom, and try to demoralize retail? DO NOT be taken in by this mind-f*!
