Who can't fill up a room when the food and drink is free?

The trick is getting people to give you their time and attention when there is nothing but meritocracy on the line. 78,000 people put in their hard earned time and energy here and Noront never had to offer them as much as a cup of coffee.

All they wanted was communication and to be treated as equal shareholders. Richard provided that and he was rewarded accordingly. It worked and it has been the only thing that has worked. Yet, this managment team wants to rely on free lunch and drinks to fill a room.
