Does this imply that THE FIRM is competing with AGORACOM for NOT's future PR?

NOT is the 800 lb. Guerilla (or at least will be eventually) and perhaps Jobin's reluctance to be forthcoming with us is to lay the groundwork for her Firm to move in swiftly if Agoracom's contract is not renewed.

I recall that March 30 is a deadline of sorts regarding A's contract renewal, or will this decision remain open until the new CEO is on board?
