I am optimistic about the markets in the short term too and don't think this writer's conclusions are necessarily wrong. However, I disagree with his assertion that Dines can't move stocks that much. I owned a Dines recommended stock once before. It went to the moon on his recommendation and I laughed all the way to the bank. JMHO.
