Again, I believe that this new program will help create wealth for canadians and although revenue canada will lose money on the revenues generated they will benefit from:

Gains made by Canadians will be spent mostly in Canada and will help increase our GDP and they will get 5% of this via GST

This will reduce our dependance on the rest of the world and our export market and this will help to keep Canada strong financially even if the rest of the world goes to hell in a hand basket...oops, we are already there!!

Money put in is after tax money so revenue Canada already seen some money

Public corporations will benefit from better support thru there SP and we may see a bump in our markets because of it

The personal wealth this will create will encourage more canadian to become savers and investors and if individual canadians are richer, than that benefits a multitude of levels accross the nation.
