richard nemis was a great man for the retail shareholder. he was all for shareholder value. in hind site [which we all really good at] richard should have done what the new board has done in doing a pp. he would still maybe running this co. he could of done the pp to us retail or people he was sure were on his side. do you think the vote would have been even close if this had been done. the new board did what richard should have done. mind you it was done too cheap but in this market & down the road it might look ok. who knows. so the long & short of it time will tell. they did what many of us would do if we where in their shoes. didn't robert friedland pick his friends & issue shares to protect his co. one hole & the new board will be our buddies all over again. lets wait & see if this new board is working for all shareholders. the potenial for noront is hugh. why would they settle for 2 to 3 bucks when 10 or 20 bucks is with in reach. think about it rosseau,pinetree & the rest are not here for 2 bucks. this is once in a life time find & they know it.
