Remember for most of us the retail shareholder we voted them in as the new BOD thru our proxy to Richard Nemis. Would any of us that did that change our decision? For me I trusted Richard and I still do. He made the decision to go along with (or VOTE in favour) the composition BOD as we have.

Thanks for bringing that up. I meant to discuss it, but I forgot to. IMHO, to question this Board's judgment is to question Richard's judgment. Even if you go with a lesser of evils argument, I absolutely and unreservedly believe that Richard acted in OUR best interests. We, and out best interests, were foremost in his mind. If this was the best he could do for us, then it is our duty to make the best of it.
