Us and Them

The new Board of Directors will probably feel like an us and them situation initially. But, they know it is their job to meld together for the betterment of the company. I don't think it will take them long to do that because it is in their best interests. So, I think we should climb aboard and quit trying to make a dividing line between us and the board. How can we expect them to bury the hatchets and become a productive Board of Directors if they don't have support from us. Please, let's give it a try.
