From my experience I have noted that the company always pushes or moves or pumps the sp up in order to justify a pp at as high a rate as they could get. I don't see anything different here.

We may see a pp after some good results from the field or an upbeat announcement such as the tsx.

The higher they can move the sp the more they will get for the pp when it happens.

The thing is to get it done and over with so we could move on.
