I had a friend go to a coin dealer(in Texas) to buy some gold coins. They did not have any and the dealer told them that they are not making the americal eagle coins - which we have heard before but also that they were not making the canadian maple leaf - which I did not know. The dealer said they were doing this so people would go out and spend money and help the economy instead of just saving it.
