10% would be approximately 13 million, they issued 2% or 2,130,000.

Why did the current BoD not issue the whole lot to themselves over the last few month ?

Could it be integrity and looking after ALL shareholders.

And what will the new BoD do ? My guess is that the outstanding balance will be used up very soon !!

So much for integrity and "looking after retail" !

But maybe I´m too biased and negative.
