I hate to break it to you, but if they do a substantial PP, retail's proportion of the outstanding shares will fall too low to make a difference next year. This really was our only shot at preventing a management takeover or controlling the election of directors.

I think this compromise board is a representation of our current power, but I expect we'll be weakened as time goes on.
