is that each and any new director be required to go into the general market and buy 100,000 shares of NOT stock. - No crossover buys from their buddies, just from availible shares on the open market. At least then they would have an investment of their own dollars to prove that they are serious about running things hopefully for the benefit of all. If they are only being given their shares, I will have no confidence that they care for any retail investors what so ever, and have only come on board to rape and pillage in order to line their own pockets.
