You have done a great service to all of us. For that I thank-you.
I firmly believe we will win on tuesday based on the phone calls and emails I have had.
But if things go the wrong way I will be happy to go the next 100 yards. I will put my money in harms way and ask for support from all of you. I will not accept a new board at this time. NO WAY NO HOW. Don't think for one second that this is over if they steal this vote. They are thieves and do not deserve to gain from the retail investors.
You can tell me we need to get along after because we need them.(and we do) but we retail investors are the majority - that is the fact - we retail investors are the majoprity - and I will not sit down and take this BS one more time. We are always getting the wrong end of the stick on these deals and I can't do it again
This is where I draw the line in the sand.
If he wants two seats on the board - good for him - if he wants all seats on the board he is trying to screw us - I can't let this happen
I have all the time and the means thanks to many people I have talked. This is it - so if things go the wrong way on tuesday Glorieux pass me the baton cause I am more then ready.
Thank-you to all the people who have supported Richard through this. I wish him and his family nothing but happiness and good health I hope he and his family are well and not fretting about such a ridiculous proxy war. I am much younger and quite happy to take up the fight.
