so create a new board that has several groups of share holders approval including rosseau. try to create a new unity based on the status quo after the upcoming agm.

alos mr. nemis should step down soon as announced, it should not take another year to find a new ceo; researching bruce durham i was surprised to learn that this man might be a good director for not. most of his peers, also the ones that are standing on our side, consider this man suitable, even in the middle of this proxy fight and i heard many times that this man could be an exelent new ceo.
