is my "white proxy" vote number in the U.S. I hope that it is the same on your Canadian proxy.

Vote by 10:30 a.m.

It clearly states on the proxy that they need your voting instructions (your vote) one business day before the proxy deposit date. The proxy deposit date is October 24, 2008. One business day before is today. I don't know where the 10:30 a.m. thing came from.
