I just got my call from Kingsdale, on behalf of Rosseau.

When she asked if I had read the circular, I responded affirmatively. I asked her who would fill the two director positions to be vacated by the Rosseau pair, she said they'd find two qualified people after the election. When I asked who would be president, she said they'd find someone qualified after the election. When I asked what their vision for the future of Noront was, she said they'd make that public after the election. When I asked how they'd cut the burn rate, she said they'd have to wait until they saw the books......after the election. I asked if they expected me to vote for a group that failed to answer the most basic of an investor's questions, she politely thanked me for my time, and hung up.
